  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

  2. Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

Payment and Refunds

1. Payment Terms

All payments for courses offered by MasterFrenchPro (“the Company”) are processed securely through verified third-party payment providers. By purchasing a course, the Participant (“Enrollee”) agrees to our pricing and payment terms, including any installment payment plans selected at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Policy: 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee

We are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience and ensuring that all Participants are fully satisfied with our programs.

To ensure fairness and protect our intellectual property, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee with specific conditions outlined below.

âś… Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, Participants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Complete at least 50% of Level 1 within the first 24 hours of enrollment.

    • Course progress will be tracked and verified through our learning management system (Kajabi), which monitors module completion, quiz attempts, and time spent engaging with course content.

  2. Attempt at least 1 mock exam within the first 24 hours (if applicable to the course purchased).

    • Mock exam completion will be validated using internal tracking systems to confirm genuine course engagement.

  3. Submit a refund request to [support@masterfrenchpro.com] within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • The refund request must include:

    • Full name and registered email address.

    • Proof of progress completion (50% of Level 1 and mock exam attempt).

    • A brief explanation outlining the reason for dissatisfaction.

❌ Exclusions from Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to Complete 50% of Level 1 in 24 Hours:
    Enrollees who do not meet the required completion threshold will not qualify for a refund.

  • Failure to Attempt a Mock Exam (If Required):
    For courses that include mock exams, failure to complete at least one attempt within 24 hours will render the refund request invalid.

  • Refund Requests After 30 Days:
    Refund requests submitted beyond 30 days from the original purchase date will not be accepted.

  • Violation of Course Terms:
    Participants who share course materials, engage in unauthorized distribution of content, or violate our Terms of Service will not be eligible for a refund.

🔄 Verification and Processing

All refund requests will undergo a verification process to ensure compliance with the above conditions.

  • Verification may take up to 7 business days after the refund request is received.

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Installment Payment Terms

For Participants opting for installment payments, the following conditions apply:

âś… Incremental Access for Installment Plans:

  • Participants selecting an installment payment plan will receive incremental access to course levels as payments are made.

  • Full access to the entire course will be granted only upon completion of all installment payments.

âś… Level Unlocking System for Installment Plans:

  • Full-pay Students: Receive instant access to Levels 1 and 2 immediately. Subsequent levels (3–7) will unlock on a monthly basis.

  • Installment Plan Students:

    • Receive immediate access to Level 1 upon the first payment.

    • Each remaining level (2–7) unlocks monthly as long as payments remain up to date.

    • Failure to complete any installment payment may result in the suspension or termination of course access.

4. Default and Non-Payment Policy

Participants who miss installment payments will be granted a 7-day grace period to rectify the missed payment.

  • Failure to resolve the payment within this period may result in suspension or cancellation of course access without refund.

  • Access to any future unlocked levels will be restricted until all due payments are fulfilled.

5. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will be reflected on the Company’s website and will take immediate effect.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing the enrollment process and submitting payment, Participants agree to:

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content on the Site, including courses, materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of POWERANDROSES HOLDINGS LTD. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

  2. Limited License: When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for illegal purposes.

  • Share your account credentials or course materials with others. Sharing login information or course content with unauthorized individuals will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of our platform.

     

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality courses, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or exam success.

  2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, POWERANDROSES HOLDINGS LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

 

    3-Year Full Access Policy for All Courses

 

 

1. Scope of Access

Upon successful enrollment in any course offered by Master French Pro, including but not limited to:

  • TEF/TCF Mastery Programs (A1–B2, A1–C1, etc.)

  • Comprehensive DELF/DALF Courses (A1–C2)

  • BBB, BCB, CCC Government French Exam Prep

  • AP, GCSE, IB (Grades 10, 11, and 12) French Courses

  • DELF Junior and Specialized French Programs

You will receive 3 years of full access to all course materials.

 

2. Duration of Access

  • Access to the enrolled course(s) will remain active for 3 years from the date of enrollment.

  • After the 3-year period, course access will automatically terminate unless the student opts to renew or extend access under the applicable renewal policy.

Renewal Option:
Students may have the option to extend access for an additional 1–2 years at a discounted renewal rate, which will be communicated before the end of the initial 3-year period.

3. Non-Transferability & Login Security

  • Course access is strictly non-transferable and tied to the individual who enrolled in the course.

  • Sharing login credentials or granting unauthorized access to third parties is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in immediate termination of course access without refund.

4. Access for Course Bundles & Packages

  • If a student enrolls in a course bundle or package (e.g., TEF/TCF + Mock Exams or A1–B2 + C1 Add-on), access to the bundled content will remain available for 3 years from the date of initial enrollment.

  • Bundled courses will expire simultaneously after the 3-year period unless renewed separately.

5. Course Completion & Certification

  • Students are encouraged to complete the course content within the 3-year period to maximize learning outcomes and prepare effectively for their respective exams.

  • Certificates of completion will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and meeting the applicable requirements.

6. Course Updates & Improvements

  • During the 3-year access period, students may receive complimentary updates and improvements to the course content.

  • Any significant new modules, advanced-level add-ons, or future course updates may be offered as optional upsells or add-ons after the initial enrollment.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments for Master French Pro courses are final and non-refundable after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period.

  • If a student opts for a monthly installment plan, access to subsequent levels will unlock monthly after each successful payment.

  • Full access to all course materials will be provided only after completing all installment payments.

8. No Extensions Without Renewal

  • Failure to renew course access within 30 days after expiration will result in permanent termination of course access.

  • Once course access is terminated, re-enrollment may be required at the current course price.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Master French Pro reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, and policies as necessary to reflect ongoing improvements and market conditions.
No guarantees are provided regarding individual student outcomes, as success depends on consistent practice, study habits, and adherence to the course structure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, Canada. Residents of California, the European Union, United Kingdom, Dubai, and Canada must adhere to these Terms, and any disputes arising in these regions will be resolved under applicable local laws in conjunction with British Columbia laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
